As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in customers' journey, interacting on a daily basis to guide customers through our processes and products using multiple communication channels. You are going to be the “face” of Kaizen Gaming through every customer’s eyes by handling every single communication according to our values.
You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams across the Organization working for a common goal to ensure excellent customer service. Being part of a dynamic team, working with more than 100 skilled Customer Service Professionals, will give you the opportunity to share experience with, broaden your knowledge, and unleash your potential.
Experience and credentials are important, however, we care more about character, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor helps a lot too. Your empathy, active listening skills, and a ‘’can do’’ attitude will allow you to blend smoothly into the team and the Kaizen DNA. Ability to work in shifts, fluency in Romanian, good command of English, and relevant working experience are essential, while knowledge of the Gaming industry would be a plus.
