Let’s Start with the Role

As we continue to grow fastly, our corporate communications needs are expanding as well.  We are looking for a self-driven, sustainability professional responsible for leading the organization's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability initiatives. In this role, you will be driving the strategy and implementation of sustainability practices, to enhance the company's reputation. You will engage with internal stakeholders throughout Kaizen Gaming to align on business priorities and develop the respective action plans. You will also build relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to ensure that the company's ESG strategy and program comply with applicable ESG regulations and standards.

As a ESG & Sustainability Senior Executive, you will:
  • Develop and implement ESG and sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage sustainability programs and cross-functional teams across all business units.
  • Oversee ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with global sustainability standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders and represent the company in sustainability-related forums.
  • Identify and mitigate ESG-related risks and opportunities.
  • Drive innovation in sustainable practices and stay current with emerging ESG trends.
  • Align ESG goals with corporate objectives, engaging stakeholders and ensuring that sustainability considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to tackle multiple projects and tasks at the same time, prioritizing and re-prioritizing when needed. 
  • Commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
