Let’s start with the role

The Total Rewards Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, the ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our total rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant with local legislation, and aligned with the business's strategic objectives. This role involves close collaboration with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage and optimize pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings.

 
As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you will:
  • Conduct compensation market studies, interpreting salary surveys to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, update, and manage job structures, salary plans, and short-term incentive programs.
  • Support salary reviews processes, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and internal adjustments, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  • Prepare salary analyses and executive reports for senior management, including key metrics and recommendations.
  • Act as an internal consultant for managers, providing guidance on compensation policies, job grading, and organizational structure.
  • Support compensation governance projects, internal audits, and compliance with legal and tax regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of talent attraction and retention strategies through competitive compensation packages.
  • Participate in global compensation projects and organizational structure reviews. 
  • Indicators and Dashboards: Development of HR and leadership-relevant KPIs, creating interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Data Manipulation: Proficiency in advanced Excel and the use of programming languages for basic queries and analyses.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Compensation or Benefits are a plus.
  • Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools.
  • Experience working with global compensation tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of international benefits programs and reward strategies is a plus.
  • Strong organization skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones.
