Let's start with the role

At Kaizen Gaming, Optimization is Evolution. As our Senior Analyst, Optimization, you will be the analytical backbone of our enterprise transformation and Hyper Automation Office (HAO) initiatives, directly supporting our Value Realization Office (VRO). Reporting to the Transformation Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between operational realities and strategic value, ensuring that every process redesign and automation deployment delivers measurable bottom-line efficiency, top-line growth, and risk mitigation.

This role is not just about crunching numbers; it’s about turning operational data into actionable intelligence, partnering with business leaders to build robust investment cases, and proving that our transformation initiatives enable the company to scale without proportionally scaling costs.

As a Senior Analyst,Optimization, you will:
  • Business Case Ownership & Investment Discipline: Own the financial and analytical backbone of all automation and transformation initiatives. You will build end-to-end business cases grounded in solid assumptions and measurable value levers, ensuring every initiative is justified with a fact-based, data-driven rationale.
  • Value Potential Assessment & Portfolio Prioritization: Quantify the value potential of initiatives across functions using structured criteria such as ROI, payback period, and FTE impact. You will partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure strategic priorities align with economic reality, enabling disciplined resource allocation.
  • Cost Optimization & Efficiency Analytics: Conduct deep analytical work on cost structures and productivity metrics to identify optimization opportunities through automation and process simplification. You will build financial models to distinguish one-off savings from recurring, sustainable benefits.
  • Value Realization Tracking & Benefits Management: Define and validate value realization KPIs across the full initiative lifecycle. You will establish tracking models and dashboards to monitor whether committed value is actually realized and sustained post-go-live.
  • Evolution Toward Enterprise VRO: Contribute to the foundation of a centralized Value Realization Office by standardizing methodologies, tooling, and reporting across the company.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Business Owners, HAO, and Product teams to translate ideas into financially sound investment cases while challenging assumptions to enforce consistency in value quantification.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong plus).
  • 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3–4 years in a value-focused role (e.g., Business Value Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting).
  • Demonstrated ability to architect value frameworks, including designing business cases, building ROI models, and validating realized benefits for complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL), with a proven track record of building executive-ready dashboards that track KPIs and productivity gains.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical automation outputs (e.g., hours saved) and financial reporting outcomes (e.g., cost control).
  • Influence management: Proven ability to lead through indirect authority, including guiding project teams, influencing business owners without formal reporting lines, and effectively managing upward with senior leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the diplomatic ability to challenge assumptions and present fact-based insights.
  • Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum), with a solid understanding of process mapping, value stream analysis, and statistical validation methodologies.
