Finance Automation Specialist

We are looking for a professional who lives at the intersection of Finance and Technology. As a Finance Automation Specialist you won’t just be “doing the books”, you’ll be building the engines that power our financial data. Your mission is to streamline, automate, and scale our financial processes. From optimizing payment gateway reconciliations to automating tax reporting in the complex Brazilian landscape, you will be the architect of efficiency within our Finance department.

As a Finance Automation Specialist, you will:

• Create and maintain automated workflows for high-volume financial transactions using tools like Python, SQL, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation);
• Act as the primary translator between the Finance team and the Engineering/Product teams to ensure ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuit) are seamless;
• Build automated reconciliation models to catch discrepancies between internal betting platforms and external payment providers (Pix, Bolet, etc.);
• Develop automated reporting structures specifically tailored to Brazilian regulatory requirements (SISCOSERV, SPED, etc.);
• Identify “bottleneck” manual tasks and replace them with scalable, “set-and-forget” digital solutions.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Proficiency in English;
• Solid experience in Finance Operations, FinTech, or Data Analytics;
• Experience with Python (Pandas/NumPy) or RPA tools (UiPath/Blue Prism);
• Proficiency in SQL is a must;
• Solid understanding of the Brazilian payment ecosystem (PIX is your bread and butter) and local tax complexities.
