Let’s start with the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Core team, with a dual focus on Onboarding & Induction and Early Careers initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping the first experience of our new joiners, while also building strong talent pipelines through university partnerships and early career programs.

As part of a project-oriented Talent Acquisition team within our Core (Headquarters), you will also contribute to strategic initiatives around governance, performance, and Talent Acquisition excellence, supporting the design and rollout of scalable solutions across our international markets.

As an HR Specialist, you will:
  • Deliver onboarding and induction sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging new joiner experience

  • Welcome and support new hires during their first steps, acting as a key point of contact

  • Review, update, and continuously improve onboarding materials and training content

  • Help structure and enhance onboarding frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Support the design and execution of internship and early careers programs

  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

  • Organize and represent the company at career events, university visits, and campus activities

  • Build relationships with universities and contribute to strengthening our early talent pipeline

  • Support and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects related to strategy, excellence, governance, and performance

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field

  • Experience in onboarding, training delivery, or early careers initiatives is considered a strong plus

  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, delivering effectively in fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, rapid-growth settings, with the ability to adapt quickly to change

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging diverse audiences

  • Demonstrated creativity and proactiveness in improving processes and enhancing experiences

  • Passion for creating great candidate and employee experiences, with a people-first mindset
