Let’s start with the role:
Our Global Learning & Development team is responsible for shaping the end-to-end employee experience for more than 2,800 employees across all locations, bringing together Employee Experience, Learning, and Talent Development to drive engagement, growth, and capability building across the organization.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the talent development programs & engagement initiatives, including vendor and contract management, planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting, and budget monitoring;
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze L&D metrics, satisfaction progress, attendance rate, using data-driven insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and demonstrate impact to stakeholders;
- Coordinate end-to-end invoice processes, from invoice intake and PO creation to invoice settlement, filing, and reporting;
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant, aligned with business outcomes, and effectively support employee growth and engagement;
- Support the team in creating high-quality program materials (presentations, reports, templates, and documentation) ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong visual communication across initiatives;
- Bring fresh, innovative practices into the organization by staying up to date with industry trends in learning & development;
What you’ll bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful talent development and employee experience programs;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action;
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth execution end-to-end;
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
- High empathy and interpersonal awareness — understanding that people are at the heart of every decision;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
