Let’s start with the role
At Kaizen Gaming, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. The Business Assistant plays a key supporting role across all these areas, and we’re currently seeking a self-motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations, to help facilitate and optimize our business processes.
- Work closely with senior management to determine areas for improvement and facilitate execution;
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and other administrative tasks;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned;
- Support the coordination of initiatives and events;
- Maintain accurate records of the management budget;
- Provide day-to-day operational support by addressing issues, resolving requests, and ensuring efficient workflow;
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
What you'll bring:
- BSc/BA in Office Administration or similar relevant field;
- Proven administrative experience of at least 2 years;
- A solution-focused mindset with a proactive and customer-centric attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
