Let's start with the role
The Hospitality & Events Analyst (PCD) will support the execution of Betano's hospitality and VIP experience initiatives, helping deliver exceptional experiences for invited guests across sports and entertainment events.
Working closely with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and partners, you'll provide operational and administrative support across hospitality projects, contributing to the smooth execution of events and day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to develop a career in Hospitality & Events within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Hospitality & Events Analyst, you will:
- Support hospitality operations before, during, and after events, helping ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with guest communications through WhatsApp, email, and phone, providing timely support throughout the customer journey.
- Support guest registrations, accreditation, ticketing, invitations, and hospitality logistics.
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and event documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Support administrative activities related to hospitality projects, including purchase requests, payment follow-up, invoice tracking and validation, and internal documentation.
- Assist with inventory control of hospitality materials, gifts, and branded items, ensuring accurate records and availability.
- Support internal stakeholders with hospitality-related requests and day-to-day operational needs.
- Assist in post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and operational follow-up.
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes, operational organization, and the overall guest experience.
- Help ensure premium service standards are consistently delivered across all hospitality initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Educational background (completed or in progress) in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience, internships, or academic projects related to Hospitality, Events, Tourism, Customer Service, Administrative Support, Marketing, or similar areas.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Hospitality & Events.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, financial controls, expense tracking, and administrative processes
- Customer-first mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
- Intermediate English is preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or administrative processes is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for supporting premium hospitality initiatives and continuously developing professionally.
