Let’s start with the role:

The Internal Communications Executive will play a key role in strengthening Betano Brazil’s culture by creating meaningful employee experiences and delivering impactful communication initiatives that connect people to our purpose, values, and business goals. This position is instrumental in bringing our employer brand to life internally through strategic storytelling, employee engagement programs, corporate events, and social impact initiatives.

This professional will drive internal communication campaigns, develop engaging content across multiple channels, and foster alignment between employees and the organization’s priorities. Additionally, the role includes partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency, support change initiatives, and continuously enhance employee engagement through data-driven insights and innovative communication strategies.

As an Internal Communications Executive you will:

  • Support the development and execution of internal communications strategies aligned with Betano Brazil’s business priorities, culture, and employer brand objectives;
  • Create and manage engaging communication content across multiple channels, including Slack, intranet, newsletters, videos, leadership communications, and employee campaigns;
  • Develop storytelling initiatives that highlight employee experiences, company achievements, diversity, culture, and career opportunities;
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create strategic messaging, presentations, announcements, and communication plans for key business initiatives;
  • Support change management and crisis communication efforts by ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication with employees;
  • Plan and execute internal events and engagement activities that strengthen employee connection and reinforce company culture;
  • Coordinate and promote corporate volunteering and social impact initiatives, encouraging employee participation and reinforcing Kaizen Gaming’s purpose-driven culture;
  • Collaborate closely with HQ Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing across global initiatives;
  • Monitor communication effectiveness, employee engagement metrics, and event feedback to continuously improve programs and employee experience;
  • Manage budgets and operational processes related to internal communications, events, and employee engagement activities;
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to generate insights, enhance communication strategies, and optimize internal processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, or related areas;
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful internal communications and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish is a plus);
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills;
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring technology and AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency;
  • Proactive, collaborative, and creative approach to problem-solving and employee engagement.
