Let's start with the role

We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a proven track record of driving performance through social platforms. In this role, you'll focus on execution, delivering measurable impact across multiple international markets in a fast-growing, high-performance environment. You'll be responsible for executing our multi-market paid social strategy, managing in-house operations, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and shared accountability across markets.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid social campaigns, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention, while acting as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders at every level. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns, embrace AI tools as part of your daily workflow and contribute to broader strategic initiatives where AI is shaping the future of how we plan, execute, and scale.

As a Paid Social Specialist you will:
  • Manage Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets, taking ownership of planning, execution, and performance optimization;
  • Analyze campaign performance and present insights, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Oversee relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear deliverables, and consistently high campaign performance;
  • Work closely with the rest of the Paid Social team to develop testing strategies across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding models to drive continuous performance improvements;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Local Marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing execution;
  • Educate local teams and creative agencies on asset best practices;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, acting as a reliable point of contact, managing expectations, aligning on priorities, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders;
  • Champion the use of AI tools in day-to-day workflows, from automating reporting and surfacing insights to supporting creative testing, while also contributing to larger-scale AI-driven initiatives that advance our performance marketing capabilities.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social accounts, with a strong focus on User Acquisition campaigns;
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition tactics and creative best practices;
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities;
  • A proactive, well-organised approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and workflows;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align both internal stakeholders and external partners across different markets and functions;
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments;
  • A genuine passion for the future of performance marketing and digital innovation;
  • A forward-thinking approach to AI adoption, with confidence using AI tools to enhance daily productivity and enthusiasm for contributing to broader, strategic AI-powered projects within the team;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Experience running app campaigns using MMPs such as Appsflyer;
  • A Growth Mindset and Curiosity, demonstrated through proactively testing new ideas, keeping up with platform updates, and experimenting with innovative approaches;
  • Experience setting up campaigns across multiple platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Snapchat.
