Content Management Specialist

Let’s start with the role

This role focuses on a range of content-driven activities run by the HQ Content team, with specific emphasis on supporting and optimising the customer’s journey and its alignment across our communication channels, ensuring the successful localisation across our international launches and fulfilling all content-related requirements throughout the organisation by collaborating closely with key stakeholders in the HQ and the international teams.

As a Content Specialist, you will:

• Maintain and update content across our databases and tools (Sportsbook platform, Localisation platform, Content Management System, etc.);
• Provide writing, editing and proofreading support for ad hoc inbound content requests, as new offers or products, as well as campaigns, newsletters and ad hoc projects;
• Collaborate with local and international marketing and product teams;
• Ensure content aligns with the brands’ tone of voice and style guide and oversee that guidelines for native content creation are met by stakeholders within the organization 
• Perform data/ info mining to create rich/interactive content (stats/ Infographics, videos, trivia);
• Act proactively on new ideas on content formats and distribution.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Linguistics / Media or other relevant field;
• Excellent command of the English language. Fluency in additional languages will be considered a plus;
• 2+ years of content editing/copywriting/localisation experience;
• Solid background in sports betting content creation and experience in sports and/ or online sports betting content will be considered a plus;
• Proven editorial and/or branded content skills;
• Solid understanding of digital/online technology and its applications;
• Experience using a content management system (CMS), localisation tools and SEO practices;
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
• Self-motivated, flexible and a team player;
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously exploring new AI capabilities and championing their practical adoption within teams, using AI as an integral part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool.
