As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in customers' journey, interacting on a daily basis to guide customers through our processes and products using oral communication. You are going to be the “face” of Kaizen Gaming through every customer’s eyes by handling every single communication according to our values.
You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams across the Organization, working for a common goal to ensure excellent customer service.
