Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of clear, engaging, and customer-centric communication across Betano’s digital platforms. This role is highly operational and collaborative, sitting at the intersection of content, CRM, creative production, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Content Specialist, you will:
  • Develop CRM campaign content, including copywriting and visual direction, for Sportsbook and Casino initiatives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure high creative quality and alignment with campaign goals. Ensure all deliverables are consistent with brand guidelines and performance objectives.
  • Create content for reactivation campaigns across Sports and Casino, as well as for full CRM lifecycle initiatives such as onboarding, retention, and re-engagement. Own the copywriting and visual direction in partnership with Morita, ensuring cohesive and effective communication throughout the user journey.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end creation of CRM communication content, including Push Notifications (PN), in-app messages and pop-ups (PM), emails and newsletters (NL), and SMS or WhatsApp communications when applicable. Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with campaign strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate creative requests with the agency, including banners, stories, landscape formats, and CRM-specific assets (PN, PM, NL). Ensure all assets are aligned with the campaign Key Visual (KV) and overall objectives, maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with CRM Operations to ensure alignment between content and execution. Maintain consistency between strategy, segmentation, and communication, ensuring a cohesive experience across the entire CRM flow.
  • Develop clear and structured creative briefings for new visual assets. Collaborate directly with the creative team (e.g., Valter) to continuously improve formats, messaging, and visual language.

What you’ll bring:

  • Relevant experience in content, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken), with the ability to translate and adapt content into Portuguese.
  • Previous experience in betting, gaming, entertainment, or regulated digital industries is desirable.
