Let's start with the role:
We are looking for an outstanding Total Rewards Specialist to join our Total Rewards Team and drive the design and communication of total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals. You will be mainly focusing, but not limited to, on developing and applying global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies while ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding Kaizen interests.
- Support the implementation of fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits schemes according to global guidelines, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness (salary structures, hiring offers, and promotion increases);
- Support the Compensation & Benefits cycle, and ad hoc rewards in accordance with current legislation, local market, and internal equity principles;
- Participate in the implementation of HR Compensation Projects (e.g. Job Evaluation, Job Architecture Projects);
- Proactively identify trends and propose new initiatives to further engage and motivate employees;
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to benchmark prevailing pay rates and benefits;
- Conduct periodic audits and provide regular reporting analysis on the effectiveness of employee compensation and benefits programs;
- Act as a trusted Compensation & Benefits partner, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to all the relevant stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and achievement of the HR Objectives.
What is in for you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.;
- Minimum 3 years experience of working as a Total Rewards Specialist or in a related role;
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
- Proven experience and knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, job analysis systems and compensation surveys is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel or G-sheets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Strong quantitative, analytical and reporting skills.
