Responsible Gaming Manager

We are looking for a strong and pragmatic Responsible Gaming Manager to lead Responsible Gaming in Brazil. This role will be responsible for driving the local RG strategy, ensuring effective governance and implementation of RG requirements, and leading the day-to-day direction of the Brazil RG team.

The role combines people leadership, regulatory implementation, operational governance, and stakeholder management. The person will act as the key local point of contact for senior stakeholders across Brazil and will ensure that Responsible Gaming is embedded in market operations, product developments, and business decisions in a structured and credible way.

This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-changing environment. It requires someone who can bring structure, exercise sound judgement, manage complexity, and move work forward through others.

As a RG Manager, you will:

• Own and drive the Responsible Gaming strategy for Brazil, in alignment with Group direction and local market needs
• Lead, support, and develop Responsible Gaming Officers in Brazil, ensuring clarity of priorities, consistency in execution, and strong team performance
• Oversee the implementation of Responsible Gaming requirements, controls, policies, and processes in Brazil
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in the market’s RG setup and drive remediation actions
• Act as the main Responsible Gaming point of contact for senior local stakeholders across Brazil
• Work closely with Compliance, Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing/CRM, HR, Data, Legal, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on Responsible Gaming matters
• Represent Responsible Gaming in cross-functional discussions and ensure player protection considerations are embedded in local decisions and initiatives
• Follow up on regulatory changes, internal action items, and governance improvements, ensuring strong oversight and timely execution
• Support or lead key milestones related to tool rollouts, reporting improvements, and process enhancements
• Use reporting, quality findings, and operational insights to identify issues, improve controls, and strengthen local RG performance

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
• Strong relevant experience in Responsible Gaming, compliance, player protection, or closely related gaming roles
• Substantial people management or team leadership experience
• Strong online gaming industry experience
• Experience in the Brazilian market
• Exposure to the Brazilian regulatory environment
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Experience with regulatory implementation, process governance, and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving regulation, operations, and multiple stakeholders
• Strong judgement, structure, ownership, and conflict management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex and fast-changing environment
• Prior experience with Kaizen-owned tools and systems is a plus
• Advanced technical or data tooling knowledge is a plus
• Experience dealing directly with regulators is a plus
