Junior Compliance Officer

We are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Compliance Governance Officer to support key compliance initiatives. This role offers the chance to transition compliance from a traditional function to a more agile, proactive partner that helps drive business success.Your primary responsibilities will include managing key projects and product launches, coordinating license renewals across multiple markets, mapping departmental processes for new product offerings, and ensuring seamless operations and compliance by sharing this information with relevant teams. 

• Manage and update the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) across all markets
• Act as the main point of contact for receiving communications from other departments and provide consolidated compliance inputs
• Oversee major projects and product launches to ensure compliance is met
• Coordinate the renewal of all licenses across markets.
• Map out departmental processes and workflows for new product offerings, ensuring relevant teams are well-informed.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Law/ Political Sciences
• 1 year of relevant experience in gaming or another heavily regulated industry is a plus
• Project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for driving results through data-driven insights
