Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is a great opportunity for professionals who aspire to advance their career in Accounting by enhancing financial and accounting efficiency within our scaling organization.

As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HQ, delivering daily accounting tasks;
• Analyze and evaluate monthly financial results to ensure timely and accurate reporting according to the Group policies;
• Coordinate the annual financial audit, preparing all information needed, and oversee the whole process;
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, including tax, accounts payable and treasury teams;
• Deliver ad hoc requests and participate in special projects when requested;
• Support and optimize the existing ERP system, gathering and processing data to generate comprehensive financial reports;
• Provide leadership with timely and accurate updates on assigned tasks, financial results, and any relevant issues.;

What you’ll bring: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant field of Finance;
• A Master's degree in accounting or finance or ACCA/ACA qualification will be considered a plus;
• 4+ years of combined financial reporting/accounting within a corporate international environment.
• Experience with formal audit processes;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and particularly Excel;
• Good knowledge of IFRS standards;
• Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central will be considered as an asset;
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions;
• Fluency in English (both oral and written);
• Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative mindset; 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment, meeting tight deadlines.
