Let’s start with the role

Our global Learning & Development team is responsible for the onboarding, upskilling and reskilling of our 2600+ employees across all our global locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a passion for driving organizational success through employee development.

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will:
 
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and goals;
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps within the organization;
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops, utilizing various learning methodologies and technologies;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on learning and development data, metrics, and KPIs to assess effectiveness and enable decision-making;
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training initiatives meet business needs;
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure it is effectively utilized;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development;
  • Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs;
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus;
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a learning and development role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position;
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design;
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to engage audiences of different levels and backgrounds;
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities;
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights;
  • A “can-do” attitude and thirst to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required for this global role.
