Let's start with the role

At Kaizen Gaming, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. A Business Assistant is a supportive force driving each of these areas, and we’re currently seeking self-motivated persons with strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of business operations to facilitate and support our top management professionals.

As a Business Assistant you will:
  • Work closely with a Division’s Directors (2-5) to provide pivotal administrative support in daily business operations and projects;
  • Accurately record minutes during meetings and proactively follow up on action points;
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for a group of directors;
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
  • Arrange team events, off-site meetings and conferences;
  • Facilitate hospitality events with 3rd parties and manage corporate gifts processes;
  • Support expenses and budget management for the Division;
  • Support onboarding of international hires to our offices;
  • Prepare and submit expense claims and POs.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven administrative experience;
  • You are solution-focused with a proactive and customer-centric attitude;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • You are fluent in the English language, both verbal and written form;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • BSc/BA in office administration or similar relevant field, would be a plus.
