Let's start with the role

The Rewards and Communications team (part of the Gaming and Rewards department) is a horizontal function that serves both Gaming and Sportsbook with all rewards and incentives mechanics for both product verticals.

This team has the full ownership of bonus experience, player engagement, community and communications, and plays a pivotal role in enhancing player engagement and contributes to over half of the company's total revenue.

We are looking for a Sportsbook Rewards Product Manager for the Bonus and Engagement area. Working together with the Sportsbooks book team, you will lead initiatives that drive player engagement and retention within our sports betting community. You will serve as a mentor and guide for Product Owners, and collaborate with Product Managers from other verticals, as well as key stakeholders such as Commercial, CRM and Compliance.

As a Product Manager for our Gaming and Rewards team, you will:

Strategic Leadership

  • Own and drive the strategic direction of the Sportsbook Rewards product portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities based on market insights and data.
  • Make informed decisions balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
  • Champion data-driven decision making in strategic initiatives.

Product Vision & Roadmap

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision supported by market evidence.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and OKRs for the product organization.
  • Establish and track key success metrics for product initiatives.

Product Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based decision making.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on performance metrics.
  • Champion product quality and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all product decisions

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Present data-backed strategies and results to senior leadership.
  • Develop compelling, evidence-based business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics to drive product success.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Foster effective partnerships across diverse teams, such as Commercial, Research & Experimentation, Product, Design, Responsible Gaming (RG), CRM, Compliance, and Tech teams.
  • Align product initiatives with company-wide strategic objectives.
  • Drive alignment through shared understanding of product performance.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between product and support functions.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning.
  • Guide Product Owners in making informed product decisions.
  • Support Product Owners in their career development and growth.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in sports betting or gaming.
  • Proven track record of successful product strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making capabilities.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience mentoring and developing Product Owners.
  • Deep understanding of the sports betting industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
