We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business & Operations) to join our Human Resources Department. Our Talent Acquisition team is a significant part of our HR department, responsible for sustaining the company’s expansion and headcount growth by servicing our recruiting needs internationally. Your gravitas, executive stakeholder management skills, exceptional candidate engagement skills and passion for recruiting will ensure your success in our fast-evolving business. Your role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting and hiring top-tier talent to drive our company's success in a dynamic international environment.
- Lead the complete recruitment strategy, utilizing diverse channels such as job boards, social media and networking to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;
- Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, while delivering top-quality talent and meeting internal SLAs;
- Conduct thorough CV screenings, interviews and guide the hiring process to ensure the acquisition of top-notch talent;
- Along with the rest of the TA team, you will be part of recruitment projects by applying modern processes and cutting-edge tools;
- Collaborate with decision-makers, elevating our hiring standards and driving excellence;
- Create a memorable candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression regardless of the outcome.
What you'll bring
You’re a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and new challenges. You're a team player with a talent for fostering collaboration with diverse personalities. You’re passionate about talent acquisition and understand the importance of solid processes and data. But apart from that, you have:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments;
- Knowledge of Greenhouse will be considered an advantage;
- Capability to work autonomously, pivot quickly and consistently achieve targets;
- Proficiency in prioritization and success in a demanding environment;
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced organizations;
- Passionate about working with people;
- Attention to detail.
