Your role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting and hiring top-tier talent to drive our company's success in a dynamic international environment.

• Lead the complete recruitment strategy, utilizing diverse channels such as job boards, social media and networking to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;
• Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, while delivering top-quality talent and meeting internal SLAs;
• Conduct thorough CV screenings, interviews and guide the hiring process to ensure the acquisition of top-notch talent;
• You will be part of recruitment projects by applying modern processes and cutting-edge tools;
• Collaborate with decision-makers, elevating our hiring standards and driving excellence;
• Create a memorable candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression regardless of the outcome.
