Let’s start with the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Data Analyst to join our global HR team in Athens. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you will manage and optimize all applications in our HR ecosystem, monitor system operability, ensure data integrity and flow across systems and provide insights to improve HR processes towards enhanced employee experience and resource efficiency.
As an HR Systems Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:
- HR Systems Management: Configure and maintain the HR ecosystem, collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance system features, resolve issues, and manage upgrades, configurations, and integrations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights and reports, maintain employee records, and ensure data compliance with legal and corporate standards.
- Process Improvement: Streamline processes by proposing automations to improve data quality and implement solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Projects Implementation: Participate in HR technology projects, including system implementations, data migrations, and integrations. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Training & Support: Provide training on newly acquired functionality and guidance on best practices to HR team members and end-users.
What you’ll bring
- BSc in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business/HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3 years of experience in HR systems administration, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and HR reporting tools
- Experience with HR software (preferably HiBob, Greenhouse) and tools like Jira and Git
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Fluent in English, with a high level of integrity and respect for data privacy.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and API management
