Let’s start with the role:

We are seeking for a savvy and experienced marketing leader to join us as Head of Marketing for Europe, driving our strategic marketing initiatives across Europe. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this key role will involve collaborating with and guiding our local teams in the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of both strategic and tactical marketing activities.

As a Head of  Marketing, you will:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics across Europe, ensuring alignment with our global commercial objectives while addressing local market needs;
  • Collaborate with local marketing managers to co-create comprehensive marketing plans and align on priorities, budgets, and execution timelines;
  • Assists with the planning, coordination, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including TV, digital, social media, and performance marketing;
  • Ensure cohesive messaging, tone of voice and execution across all campaigns to reinforce the brand’s positioning and identity
  • Oversee media planning and buying processes to maximize ROI across all markets and channels, aligning calendars and overall planning needs;
  • Analyze media performance and implement improvements to optimize effectiveness;
  • Partner closely with in-country teams to support and guide their marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies;
  • Lead and mentor a regional team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;
  • Define and monitor KPIs for marketing activities and campaigns;
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership;
  • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and principles;
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics, recommending adjustments to the marketing strategy as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in consumer-facing industries;
  • Proven track record in regional or multi-country campaign management;
  • Expertise in collaborating with and influencing local marketing teams;
  • Experience in multiple markets and navigating cultural nuances;
  • Proven ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and deliver results efficiently;
  • Strong understanding of European market dynamics;
  • Knowledge of European media landscapes and buying processes;
  • Ability to align local strategies with global objectives;
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding marketing teams;
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or a related sector is a plus, particularly in leading the marketing function within a specific country;
  • Fluency in multiple European languages is a plus.
