Let’s start with the role:

The HRBP Specialist will play a key role in partnering with business areas by proactively addressing employee matters and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. This position is instrumental in elevating the employee experience, optimizing onboarding journeys, and shaping talent retention initiatives.

This professional will conduct and refine processes such as new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, internal mobility, and performance management. Additionally, the role includes strategic oversight of HR data, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall effectiveness of HR operations.

As an HR Business Partner Specialist you will:

  • Monitor the employee lifecycle and track onboarding metrics to improve the overall experience;
  • Manage HR communications, including emails and meetings, ensuring timely and effective responses;
  • Conduct admissions, dismissals, and internal transfer processes, providing detailed guidance and follow-up;
  • Develop HR-related materials, procedures and institutional policies;
  • Demonstrate strong ability to create presentations and conduct diagnostics, with confidence in presenting analyses and developing performance KPIs;
  • Create and manage dashboards, headcount controls, and HR data using Excel or similar tools;
  • Assist managers and employees with HR policies, performance management and career development;
  • Ensure HR processes comply with best practices and current labor legislation;
  • Participate in the implementation of strategic projects, leveraging Agile Methodology where applicable;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the HRBP scope and provide actionable suggestions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Relevant experience as an HRBP;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (both verbal and written);
  • Experience with Agile Methodology;
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and manage dashboards and reports;
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with HR systems and People Analytics tools;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
  • Generalist HR experience, including comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle.
