Let’s start with the role

The role of Internal Communications & Employer Brand Executive drives internal brand awareness by strategically promoting the corporate and employer brand through targeted communications, engaging initiatives, and impactful events. Responsibilities include crafting internal messaging, managing end-to-end event execution (career days & industry summits) and ensuring alignment with HQ Teams. The role also involves measuring communication effectiveness, monitoring budget, and fostering company culture to enhance employee engagement.

As an Internal Communications & Employer Brand Executive, you will:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal communications strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Develop and create engaging corporate communication materials—such as newsletters, articles, leadership announcements, videos, and social media content—for employees across multiple channels, including Slack and the intranet;
  • Create and manage employer branding and internal communication content (Videos, Slack, intranet) in Portuguese, highlighting employee stories, achievements, and career opportunities, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals;
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, and other stakeholders to craft key messages, presentations, and announcements;
  • Provide internal communications support for crisis communications and change management initiatives;
  • Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to showcase company culture, values, and mission in Brazil;
  • Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of internal events (webinars, Career Days, Industry Summits) and hybrid/virtual/onsite initiatives;
  • Monitor the budget in coordination with HQ Corporate Communications;
  • Participate in stand-ups with HQ teams to maintain consistency across leadership, and other teams;
  • Foster employee engagement through transparent communication, culture initiatives, and regular updates.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field (Master’s degree is a plus);
  • Relevant experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, or related fields;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communications and employer branding strategies as coordinator;
  • Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
