Let’s start with the role
We are seeking a talented Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media and marketing. This is a dynamic, Marketing Headquarters position reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Europe) (HQ). The role will actively cooperate with diverse stakeholders within and outside the Marketing division (e.g. Affiliates team, Business Intelligence and Business Analysts, Commercial, Legal, Media agencies) to help establish, contextualize and create added value in challenging marketing projects for the purpose of delivering optimum scalable results for the Group.
- Support the Media team and work closely with Marketing Leads to provide timely insights and data that enable the development of locally relevant and culturally impactful media plans and strategies;
- Collaborate with media agencies on the planning and buying of ATL and premium digital placements for both new market launches and existing markets;
- Monitor and control pricing through regular reporting and relationships with media agencies;
- Support the booking of media campaigns according approved briefs and ensure financial accuracy;
- Monitor campaign delivery and ensure alignment with agreed objectives;
- Support RFP/RFI processes for onboarding new media agencies, including annual audits and performance evaluations;
- Monitor the performance and delivery of media plans and agreements, providing comprehensive and analytical reporting per market and channel (weekly/monthly/quarterly);
- Identify added value opportunities and optimization tactics across markets;
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years of experience in ATL media planning and buying (strong focus on TV/ATL);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners;
- Understanding of how media agencies operate, either through agency experience or managing agencies and evaluating performance;
- Understanding of media effectiveness evaluation methodologies;
- Ability to interpret data and measure campaign impact and effectiveness;
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines;
- Strong interest in global marketing trends and how modern marketing continues to evolve;
- Excellent command of English is mandatory; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
