The Playmakers commercial talent programme is designed for ambitious individuals ready to grow into the future business leaders of the GameTech industry.

Over this 24-month fast-track programme, you’ll kick off your career at Kaizen Gaming’s global HQs in Athens -Greece, rotating through diverse functions and international markets within our Commercial Department. From Marketing and CRM to Commercial, you’ll gain hands-on experience, structured learning, and personalised mentorship to build a strong commercial foundation.

You’ll also take on an international assignment, gaining global exposure while working with Betano, our premium digital product. Through real business projects, access to senior leaders — including our Chief Commercial Officer — and a collaborative, international environment, you’ll develop the skills and mindset to drive innovation and shape your own path forward.

Education & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).

Skills & Mindset

An analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, driven by data and a strong curiosity for market trends and customer behaviour - all while embracing a #oneteam spirit.

Mobility & Adaptability

Ready to relocate to Athens-Greece for a few months and eager to work across a variety of international markets. EU passport required.

Languages

Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Experience

1–3 years in Commercial Functions (e.g., Marketing, CRM, Strategy) or high-impact internships.

Communication & Impact

Strong presentation skills, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Where will the programme take place?

You will rotate through Marketing, CRM, and Commercial, both at the Athens HQs and in two different international markets, gaining a full commercial perspective.

You will benefit from a well-rounded learning and development journey that includes mentoring by senior leaders and internal experts, functional training in key areas like Marketing, CRM, and Business Development, and soft skills training focused on leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will also attend one industry conference per year to stay connected with trends in the GameTech world, and gain insights through peer coaching alongside fellow graduates.

Who will support me during the programme?

You will be supported by a strong network throughout the programme, including a Sponsorship Committee made up of Senior Directors who help guide your rotations. In each location, a dedicated Manager will oversee your development, while an Internal Mentor will provide ongoing career support. Plus, our Learning & Development team will hold monthly feedback sessions to ensure you are growing, thriving, and staying on track.

Will I have a clear path after the programme ends?

The programme is designed as a launchpad for your long-term career at Kaizen Gaming. You will receive personalised career development support and have the opportunity to step into strategic roles within the Commercial Department after graduation.
