Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project & Partner Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a professional who excels at managing relationships with external development vendors and possesses a deep understanding of the technical project lifecycle within the iGaming industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our key partners, responsible for overseeing technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. In addition, you will manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products, optimizing vendor performance, and mitigating associated risks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in project and vendor management, and a passion for the online gaming world.

As a  Technical Project & Partner manager, Service Delivery, you will:

Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors for IT projects and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and address any performance issues.
  • Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
  • Ensure delivery of required services or products within budget and timelines.
Project Management:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, perform escalations when necessary  and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure projects adhere to project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their use in projects.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • May be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators, technical staff, or vendor management specialists.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Manage team budgets and resources.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated experience (typically 3+ years) in vendor management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant IT areas, such as software development, infrastructure, or systems integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of IT procurement processes and best practices.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
