Let's start with the role

As an Operational Excellence Partner, you will join a team that drives Continuous Improvement in the company. Our aim is to enable Kaizen Gaming to scale efficiently and effectively. You will be focusing on OpEx practices such as Process & Teams optimization, KPI design and insights and transformation in our current operating models. You will be part of a pioneering Kaizen team for which sky's the limit.

As an Operational Excellence Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Business Process modeling and analysis:
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to achieve end to end process mapping
    • Identify inefficiencies/wastes/optimization opportunities
    • Lead teams to root cause problem solving
    • Create and manage related documentation
  • Business Process metrics:
    • Define KPIs, in collaboration with the business, to measure and analyze current state
    • Design of control dashboards, in collaboration with BI, to control processes and  monitor progress
  • Optimization/transformation:
    • Prioritize and specify improvements
    • Run/Support the optimization projects in all of the following ways: Stakeholder management, change management, requirements definition for tools (re)design, etc.
    • Collaborate with the Automation team to deliver quick wins using RPA
    • Measure KPI impact and calculate expected benefits
  • Present project progress and report results directly to Senior members of the Management Team (Heads, Directors, C-levels)
  • Be an ambassador of Operational Excellence efforts to better serve our customers (both internal and external)

What you’ll bring

  • 1-3 years of hands-on work experience in OpEx methodologies either internally or as a consultant
  • Ability to capture and understand activities across business units/departments in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in setting process KPIs, analyzing data and extracting insights
  • Excellent follow up, prioritization and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, greek and english); comfortable in front of all levels of the organization, as well as external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Applied Sciences or related field. A complementary Masters degree
  • Acquired Lean Six Sigma certification will be considered a plus
