Let’s start with the role

The CRM Executive plays an important role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention and satisfaction. They also collaborate closely with other teams across marketing, operations, trading and gaming—both locally and internationally. Additionally, they leverage their expertise to drive customer loyalty and maximize the lifetime value of our customers.

As CRM Executive you will:
  • Plan, track and coordinate all the CRM campaign implementation using JIRA software;
  • When necessary, implement new setups or modify existing configurations in various CRM tools (Pandora, Iris, Back-office, Optimove, etc.);
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of necessary CRM assets for campaigns;
  • Perform quality assurance checks on CRM communications, campaigns, and on site content;
  • Support and assist in the management of sportsbook and gaming lobbies, by monitoring promotional content on site, such as banners, stories, promotion pages and ensuring alignment with strategy;
  • Keep track of competitors' Marketing & CRM campaigns, new products, and communications.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a CRM B2C role, ideally in the online gaming industry;
  • Good understanding of CRM campaign planning and strategic approach to KPIs improvement;
  • Previous knowledge and experience with CRM tools;
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel ( data-appropriate charts and formulas);
  • Proficiency in Romanian and excellent command of English;
  • Great organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail;
  • A team player with a positive attitude;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Sports knowledge and interest in sports and casino would be a plus.
