Let's start with the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst to join our global HR team in Athens. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you will manage and optimize our HRIS and other HR systems, monitor systems operability, ensuring system operability, maintaining data integrity, and streamlining data flow across platforms. Your insights will contribute to enhancing HR processes, employee experience, and resource efficiency.

As an HR systems Analyst, you will: 

  • Ensure smooth HRIS operation by monitoring activity, performance, and reporting issues to stakeholders, while managing support tickets with the provider;
  • Run validation checks by exporting and processing data from HRIS, consolidating with other HR systems or service management files (e.g., JIRA);
  • Manage user access and permissions in the HRIS, following policies or specific requests;
  • Analyze business needs related to HRIS configuration, consult relevant sources, and propose optimal implementation approaches in line with company HR policies and processes;
  • Implement and validate HRIS configurations, documenting changes and collaborating with other teams (e.g., Technology) for complex implementations;
  • Oversee complex HR exercises (e.g., Reorgs, Performance Reviews) on the system, coordinating with stakeholders;
  • Stay updated on system updates and provider releases, identifying ways to leverage new features for enhanced value;
  • Support communications with the HRIS provider, advocate for system enhancements, and monitor market trends to innovate HR technology utilization.

What you will bring:

  • BSc in Information Systems, Business/HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred);
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration or a related field, with a broad responsibility of system configuration, access management and maintenance;
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools;
  • Experience with HR software configuration (preferably HiBob or other HRIS) and Service Management Tools (preferably JIRA);
  • Experience in collaborating with various centers of excellence inside an HR department analyzing business needs and producing meaningful configuration approaches;
  • Familiarity with integrating HR systems and API management will be considered a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, with a high level of integrity and respect for data privacy.
