Let’s start with the role
In this role, you will be the Senior HR Operational Expert for all people-related issues in the local market, ensuring we have a productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Reporting to the HQ, you will manage a local team of 1-2 employees.
- Act as an HR Expert for all employees with regards to local labor law and resolve any labor issues that may arise.
- Build strong internal customer relationships and act as a go-to person for all employee’s questions.
- Be responsible for the execution of all hiring and termination processes.
- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of employment contracts and personal records.
- Safeguard accurate and always updated HR database & HR library (HRIS, Jira, Confluence).
- Ensure all HR policies, processes and documentation are being followed.
- Monitor and maintain personal records in line with Payroll & legal authorities.
- Support the delivery and cascade of HR strategy to the local market.
- Participate and deliver HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide HR support and consultation for the local market practices, in HR-related items (performance, compensation, engagement actions, etc.).
- Support local talent acquisition efforts as required.
- Offer suggestions, coordinate and participate in employer branding activities locally.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on working experience in HR operations and at least 2 years of experience in people management.
- Excellent English skills (verbal & written).
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or in a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
