Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Systems Analyst to join our global HR team in Athens. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you will monitor, manage and optimize all integrations between HR Systems, particularly focusing on those of our HRIS, ATS, LMS and ITSM, ensure smooth operation and data consistency in all our ecosystem, as well as provide insights to improve HR processes towards enhancing employee experience and resources efficiency.

As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other third-party systems using APIs and middleware to automate and seamlessly streamline data flows. 
  • Conduct data validation and integrity checks to ensure data consistency.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues related to API calls, authentication, and data discrepancies.
  • Work closely with HR to analyze integration requirements and also with IT and vendors for reporting and handling issues.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve HR systems integration and processes, ensuring security, scalability, and performance standards are met.
  • Automate HR workflows, support system upgrades, migrations, and act as a subject matter expert for HR systems integration-related queries and incidents.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, workflows, and system architecture to ensure knowledge sharing and efficient collaboration among the team members.

What you will bring:

  • 5 years of experience in systems integrations, preferably HR related
  • BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with integrating systems (preferably HR related) and API management is a must
  • Experience with HR software configuration (preferably HiBob or other HRIS) and Service Management Tools (preferably JIRA)
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools
  • Experience in collaborating with various centers of excellence inside an HR department, analyzing business needs and producing meaningful configuration approaches
  • Experience in performing processes like data mapping, transformation and validation
  • Familiarity with XMLand JSON file formats and languages like SQL, Python and JavaScript
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, with a high level of integrity and respect for data privacy
