  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, coordinating HR and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences;
  • Establish a strong HR intelligence function, leveraging data and external best practices to inform decisions, track trends and position the company as an employer of choice.
-Wellbeing, Inclusion & People Programs
  • Lead the global wellbeing agenda while advancing an inclusive workplace;
  • Define global standards and ensure programs are scalable and culturally appropriate.
-HR Excellence
  • Audit and harmonize HR policies, processes and touchpoints to remove friction and deliver a seamless HR employee journey;
  • Establish clear, scalable decision-making frameworks that support consistent, fast and aligned execution of employee experience priorities across all markets.
-Strategic Partnerships & Influence
  • Establish trusted relationships with HR leaders, operational leads and key partners across the business;
  • Maintain recurring touchpoints to understand priorities, surface issues and co-create solutions that align with organizational strategy;
  • Partner closely with the internal comms team to ensure a consistent, aligned and resonant employee narrative throughout the company.
 -Team and budget
  • Lead, develop and grow the EX team while providing informal leadership across the broader global HR community;
  • Manage global budgets for wellbeing and inclusion, ensuring compliance and ROI.
