Kaizen Gaming’s Playmakers Talent Programme is your ticket to an exciting 24-month journey of hands-on experience, structured learning, and career-shaping challenges within our Commercial Division. You’ll take on real business responsibilities from day one, gaining exposure to a high-performance, international environment. Are you ambitious, analytical, and ready to make your mark on the global stage?

Throughout the programme, you will rotate across multiple commercial functions, building expertise in areas such as customer engagement, business performance, and market strategy. Your journey will include structured rotations and at least one international commercial assignment,  allowing you to build  a well-rounded skill set while working across different markets and teams.

Rotation Structure

The rotation structure ensures a comprehensive understanding of commercial strategy, execution, and market dynamics, while helping you build a global commercial mindset and the adaptability to excel across diverse regions.

  • Commercial Operations (HQ): Gain foundational knowledge of Kaizen Gaming’s commercial strategy, working with multiple teams to understand operations, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Marketing (HQ): Learn about digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies. Support campaigns, analyze market trends, and assist in performance tracking;
  • CRM & Customer Insights (HQ): Understand how customer relationship management works by developing targeted engagement strategies, analyzing customer behavior, and optimizing player experiences;
  • Business Development (HQ): Contribute to the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial initiatives. Work cross-functionally to support expansion plans, competitive analysis, and the development of business cases;
  • International Rotations - Commercial Teams (International Markets): Gain firsthand experience in local business challenges, customer behavior, and competitor landscapes. The assignments will be based on the business needs and your profile.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial functions (e.g., Marketing, CRM, Business Development, Strategy) or high-impact internships;
  • Ambition to develop an international career spanning multiple destinations;
    • Full geographical mobility required;
    • An EU passport/EU work permit is a plus.
  • Ideally you have lived in several countries for over a two-year period;
  • Minimum 3 languages;
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese is a must;
    • Comfort communicating in these languages is essential for successful rotations in diverse markets.
  • Ability to work in diverse teams, embrace different cultural perspectives, and thrive in fast-paced international environments. Willingness to travel and relocate as part of the programme’s rotations;
  • Genuine interest in market trends, business strategy, and customer behavior. A curiosity for how commercial teams drive business success in a competitive industry;
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to break down complex business challenges, identify key issues, and develop logical recommendations;
  • Confidence in structuring and delivering ideas clearly. Ability to present insights, engage with stakeholders, and defend recommendations effectively;
  • Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of projects, influence discussions, and drive impact within teams.
