Let’s start with the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager to join the Corporate Communications team of Kaizen Gaming with a focus on overseeing External Communications and Public Relations efforts across Europe and Greece. This role is key to enhancing Kaizen Gaming’s corporate reputation, cultivating strong media relationships, and managing the company’s public narrative. The ideal candidate will bring experience operating in international markets, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences while aligning with the company’s global strategy.

As a Corporate Communications Manager you will:
  • Lead local, international and regional communication strategies to align with Kaizen Gaming’s global objectives;
  • Collaborate with global markets and external PR agencies to plan and execute impactful 360° communication campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and the delivery of high-quality, locally relevant content across regions;
  • Monitor public sentiment;
  • Prepare crisis communication plans;
  • Map out and oversee the company’s participation in industry events, expos, and awards, ensuring corporate brand and messaging consistency across the company’s footprint.

What you'll bring

  • At least 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing cross border communication strategies, teams, and projects;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Mass Media & Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline;
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and PR agencies in a matrix or international structure;
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with hands on experience in crisis management;
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other European languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus;
  • Previous experience in gaming, entertainment, tech or another regulated industry is highly valued.
