Let's start with the role:
The Total Rewards Specialist role primarily focuses on, though is not limited to, developing and implementing global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies. It also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding Kaizen interests.
- Support the implementation of fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits schemes according to global guidelines, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness (e.g. salary scales, salary offers for hiring and promotions);
- Contribute to the Compensation & Benefits cycle, including internal processes, promotions, salary increases, bonus schemes and ad hoc rewards in accordance with current legislation, local market practices, and internal equity;
- Participate in the implementation of significant HR Compensation Projects (e.g. Job Evaluation, Job Architecture Projects);
- Actively contribute to identifying trends and new initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation;
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
- Conduct periodic audits and provide regular reporting analysis on the effectiveness of compensation and benefit schemes;
- Act as a trusted compensation and benefits partner, delivering high-quality service to all relevant stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and the HRBPs to ensure alignment and achievement of overall HR Objectives.
What you’ll bring:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Total Rewards Specialist or in a similar role;
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
- Proven experience and knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis systems and compensation surveys is considered as a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel or G-sheets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Greek and English), with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and within all levels of the organization;
- Strong quantitative, analytical and reporting skills.
