Let's start with the role
Our global Learning & Development team is responsible for the onboarding, upskilling and reskilling of our 2.700+ employees across all our global locations. The L&D Admin is responsible to effectively manage daily administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
- Act as the main point of contact for all training queries throughout the organisation
- Provide day-to-day support for L&D Specialists
- Be responsible for the administration cycle of all training programs:
- Coordinate with the chosen vendor the contract and the program specifics
- Handle all the prerequisites before the delivery of a program (e.g. invitation/ communication to participants, program overview creation, participants list finalization and calendars booking)
- Reassure that the delivery of the program goes as planned
- Handle the after training service (send the evaluation survey, collect results, and update the metrics report)
- Keep all L&D Metrics/Programs updated (satisfaction rate, participation rate, training hours per employee, cost per employee, actual spent vs budget etc.)
- Assist in the e-learning plan deployment (assign e-learning paths to specific groups, monitor/report participation and boost engagement)
- Be responsible for the administration and coordination of talent development programs
- Coordinate the delivery of individual development plans
- Coordinate all the invoices -from the invoice intake, PO creation to the invoice settlement, filing and reporting
- Organise training room venues, accommodation, transport and catering for training attendees
What you’ll bring:
- Good MS Office with some exposure to learning management and/or HR systems
- Proficient knowledge of English Language is essential
- MSc in HR is essential; +1 year experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business (written and verbally)
- Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service skills
- Aptitude for numerical and data analysis
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
