Join a team that's redefining the employee experience. As a Junior HR Specialist in our Global Employee Experience team, you’ll play a key role in fostering culture, engagement, connection, and inclusion for 3,000+ employees across 18+ countries. Among other responsibilities, you will ensure seamless team alignment and smooth operations across processes, systems, planning, and logistics.
- Run and support our global engagement surveys end-to-end: design, analysis and insights. Your work will influence leadership decisions and drive cultural shifts that strengthen trust, performance, and belonging;
- Support the roll-out and the strengthening of our 4-pillar wellbeing strategy (physical, mental, parental, Health and safety) and implement DEI actions that build real community and psychological safety;
- Coordinate award submissions, HR communications, and storytelling that bring our people experience to life, both internally and externally;
- Handle the day-to-day coordination and administration of all EX activities, helping keep the broader team aligned and running smoothly—from processes and systems to planning and logistics;
- Contribute to HR data governance, policy alignment, and scalable processes that support teams globally;
- Monitor the budget.
What you will bring
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or related fields. Previous exposure to fast-paced or international environments is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration;
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail;
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret and present engagement or survey data in a meaningful way;
- Solid communication skills—written and verbal—in both Greek and English;
- Comfort working with HR systems (experience with platforms like Leapsome, Bob, or Workvivo is a bonus);
- Empathy, a collaborative mindset, and cultural awareness to navigate a global workplace.
