Let’s start with the role
At Kaizen, we believe that social media are constantly evolving and we are committed to staying ahead of the curve. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, access cutting-edge technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that are not only impactful, but also creative and engaging. You will contribute to the Betano Czech Republic’s Social Media Strategy across different platforms to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement and drive business growth. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, analyzing data to improve performance and maintaining a strong online presence for the company. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects and further develop your project management skills by leading cross-team projects.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's business objectives and marketing goals;
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image and video content, that resonates with our target audience, in collaboration with the creative agencies;
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, X (Formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop and fully execute posting plans and calendars for organic content, in coordination with marketing activities across other channels along with Content, Marketing, CRM and Performance team;
- Manage and further develop collaborations with partners’ social media channels;
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner;
- Monitor competitors’ and affiliates’ social media channels;
- Use social media analytics tools to track and report on the performance of social media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, product teams and agencies, to develop integrated marketing campaigns;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend ways to improve our social media presence;
- Work closely with influencers and partners to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
What you will bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in organic social media marketing, preferably in a B2C environment;
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X (Formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive business growth;
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Czech;
- Native Czech speaker and excellent command of English;
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance would be a plus;
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager would be a plus;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with influencer marketing would be a plus;
- Basic designer and video editing skills would be a plus;
- Sports knowledge or interest in sports;
- Flexibility to manage social media accounts outside of standard working hours.
