We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist with a proven track record of driving performance through social platforms. In this role, you'll operate on both a strategic and executional level—achieving measurable impact across multiple international markets in a fast-growing, high-performance environment. You’ll be responsible for executing our multi-market paid social strategy across key platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will manage a mix of in-house efforts and external agency relationships, ensuring best-in-class execution and consistently improving performance.

As a senior member of the team, your role goes beyond campaign management. You’ll be expected to shape the direction, drive innovation, and define the role of Paid Social within the broader marketing mix. A key part of your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing performance, generating actionable insights, and identifying scalable opportunities that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist you will:
  • Lead and manage Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms, international markets, taking ownership of planning, execution, and performance optimization;
  • Oversee relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear deliverables, and consistently high campaign performance;
  • Define the role of Paid Social within the full-funnel marketing mix, aligning efforts with acquisition, awareness, engagement, and retention goals;
  • Develop testing strategies across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding models to drive continuous performance improvements;
  • Analyze campaign performance and present insights, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Forecast budget needs, manage pacing, and ensure campaigns are delivering efficiently against performance targets;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, CRM, analytics, and product teams to ensure integrated marketing execution;
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and emerging trends to keep the business at the forefront of innovation;
  • Brief assets to creative agencies following best practices. 

What you will bring
  • 3–4 years of hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally in performance-driven environments;
  • In-depth expertise across Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other social platforms;
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition tactics and creative best practices;
  • Experience managing multi-market campaigns or large budgets;
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders;
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and workflows by taking ownership of projects and driving them forward independently, from concept to execution;
  • Passion for the future of performance marketing and digital innovation;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Further skills
  • Experience running app campaigns using MMPs like Appsflyer;
  • Familiarity with GA4;
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, or multi-touch attribution.
