We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a proven track record of driving performance through social platforms. In this role, you'll focus on execution — delivering measurable impact across multiple international markets in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.You’ll be responsible for executing our multi-market paid social strategy across key platforms, ensuring it aligns with business goals. You will manage in-house efforts, driving best-in-class execution and sustaining consistent performance growth.As a Paid Social Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring they support broader marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
- Manage Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets, taking ownership of planning, execution, and performance optimization;
- Analyze campaign performance and present insights, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
- Oversee relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear deliverables, and consistently high campaign performance;
- Work with the rest of the Paid Social team to develop testing strategies across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding models to drive continuous performance improvements;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, CRM, analytics, and local marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing execution;
- Brief asset requirements to creative agencies or the marketing ops team, following best practices.
What you will bring
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social accounts, with a strong focus on User Acquisition campaigns;
- Strong understanding of user acquisition tactics and creative best practices;
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations;
- A proactive, well-organised approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and workflows;
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders;
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments;
- Genuine passion for the future of performance marketing and digital innovation;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Experience running app campaigns using MMPs such as Appsflyer;
- Growth Mindset and Curiosity - Proactively testing new ideas, keeping up with platform updates, and experimenting with innovative approaches;
- Experience setting up campaigns across multiple platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter) and Snapchat.
