As a Casino Partnerships Account Manager on a 1-year fixed-term contract, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our offerings by managing and building on existing and new partner relationships. You will be responsible for executing partnership strategies that drive growth, strengthen collaboration across teams, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in iGaming Partnership Management, exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking abilities, and an in-depth understanding of RNG and Casino products, relevant markets, competitors, suppliers, and players. Strong connections with leading game providers and a keen commercial mindset to identify and capitalize on opportunities are essential.
 
As a Casino Partnerships Account Manager, you will:
 
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships;
  • Identify and build new strategic partnerships, aiming to establish mutually beneficial agreements with potential partners;
  • Develop and maintain the RNG product roadmap for the casino offering, applying critical analysis to assess potential benefits, challenges, and logistics.;
  • Improve and optimize bonus spend, elaborate a monetization strategy of the website, and sign additional commercial agreements with providers regarding marketing contributions;
  • Developing the strategies for bespoke and exclusive games;
  • Communicate effectively with Casino providers to get exclusive prereleases and branded casino games;
  • Provide Marketing and CRM teams with guidelines regarding exclusive games and agreed promotions;
  • Proactively seeking opportunities, analyzing and monitoring new markets for potential expansion, proposing recommendations for MVP launches to casino providers;
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all the suppliers, ensuring all agreed actions and improvements are implemented;
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Products and Tech teams on continuous improvements and innovation to the Casino and Live Casino Products.
  • Coach, mentor, and support other team members to foster knowledge sharing and development.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a Casino Partnership Account Manager or similar role in the iGaming industry;
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals;
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities;
