Let's start with the role
The Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency across local Operations teams (Customer Service, Backoffice, and related areas). This professional will partner with both local and global stakeholders to diagnose problems, design solutions, and coordinate delivery, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and address real operational needs
As an Operations Specialist you will:
- Engage with local stakeholders (CS, Backoffice, Client Ops) to align on priorities and address process gaps
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare structured updates, presentations, or reports to support leadership decision-making
- Participate in cross-functional discussions with global teams (Product, Tech, BI, Finance) to resolve dependencies and align deliverables
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed, milestones are met, and momentum is maintained
- Operational Analysis & Problem-Solving: Diagnose process gaps, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Collaborate with local and global teams to align priorities, address issues, and ensure initiatives meet business needs.
- Execution & Performance Tracking: Drive initiatives from planning to delivery, monitor KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in Management Consulting firms, Strategic Project/Program Management, Operations Excellence
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields
- MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus
- Experience leading workstreams or mentoring analysts is beneficial
- Preferred background in technology, gaming, fintech, or customer operations
- Experience in fast-paced environments is a great plus
- Advanced to Fluent Business English (Spoken and written) - the position requires presentations to leadership team and global collaboration
- Excellent presentation skills — able to prepare clear, compelling materials and present effectively to leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively with both local and global teams
- Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, Power BI or similar tools is desirable (not mandatory)
