About the Role

As a Procurement Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our Procurement team in Brazil. This role offers a great opportunity to develop a solid understanding of Procurement by assisting with daily operational routines, supporting supplier registration and risk management activities, and ensuring efficiency across our procurement systems and processes — both within the Purchasing and Procurement structures.

As a Procurement Intern you will:

  • Support the supplier registration flow, assisting suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Assist in the analysis and validation of purchase requisitions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Business Central).
  • Create consumption purchase orders from AGR already validated for invoice posting purposes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Help update and monitor Procurement processes in Pipefy, both for purchase requisitions and supplier onboarding.
  • Handle low-complexity purchasing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Procurement guidelines.
  • Assist buyers with day-to-day Procurement Operations tasks, including PO creation, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure alignment and workflow continuity.

What you will bring:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Advanced English, sufficient for communication with global stakeholders and documentation review.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Management.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
