About the role

The People Analytics Specialist will leverage data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.

An average day for the People Analytics Specialist includes analyzing data trends, preparing reports on employee engagement metrics, collaborating with HR and department managers to identify data needs, conducting presentations of findings, and participating in strategy meetings to inform talent management initiatives.

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and support decision-making in talent management.
  • Design and implement people analytics solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and effective reporting processes.

What you will bring

  • 3-5 years in HR analytics or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in leading small projects or teams; direct management experience is a plus.
  • Business proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken; ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.
  • Experience in relevant or regulated industries such as technology, finance, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, or Python).
  • Experience in interpreting complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems (e.g., ATS, HCM).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in conducting employee surveys and interpreting results.
