About the Role

The role carries responsibility and accountability for leading the Supplier Risk Program (SRP) in Brazil,  managing procurement governance and compliance across Latin America, reviewing purchase requisitions, and supporting suppliers and stakeholders.The ideal candidate is hands-on, capable of handling the current workload while actively contributing to process improvements. They should also have a strategic vision for driving mid- and long-term enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Supplier Risk Program (SRP) for Brazil and manage all vendor registrations.
  • Contribute to the risk classification and management of registered suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and Information Security (IS) teams on governance-related matters.
  • Support supplier management processes for vendors in Latam, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards.
  • Assist internal clients and stakeholders with supplier registration and onboarding processes for Latin America.
  • Review and approve purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with governance protocols.
  • Support the creation of purchase orders (blanket cases) and collaborate closely with Treasury and Accounting teams to provide assistance.
  • Support Latin America in Purchase Orders requisitions and creations
  • Critically evaluate processes and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and consolidate results for Procurement, providing actionable insights and performance analysis.
  • Deliver training sessions for internal clients to enhance their understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

What you will bring:

  • Hands-on experience in Procurement or Purchasing Operations, preferably within multinational environments;
  • Solid knowledge of Procure-to-Pay workflows, including vendor onboarding, requisition review, and PO creation;
  • Strong analytical and process-driven mindset, with the ability to manage high operational volumes with accuracy;
  • Advanced English, required for daily communication with HQ Procurement and Finance;
  • Risk assessment experience, including document validation and compliance checks (Supplier Risk Program, Moody’s);
  • High attention to detail and a sense of ownership, ensuring SLA discipline and process reliability.
