Let's start with the role

As a Business Administrator within our Technology Division, you will play a crucial role in managing the outsourced hiring process for employees. 

As a Business Administrator, you will:
  • Liaising with Outsourcing Providers: Act as the primary point of contact with outsourcing providers to coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards;
  • Arranging Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and outsourced candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process;
  • Communication with Hiring Managers: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment pipeline;
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for outsourced employees, including facilitating necessary paperwork and informing relevant teams for account creation/suspension and access;
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outsourced employees, including contracts and any other relevant documentation. Ensure that this information is easily accessible and organized.
