Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a Performance Manager to drive and optimize digital acquisition strategies in Brazil, working closely with the Performance team at our HQ. This role sits at the core of our data-driven marketing efforts, focusing on scaling paid media performance and maximizing ROI across multiple digital channels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns that support business growth and revenue targets.

As a Performance Manager, you will:

  • Manage and scale Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEM campaigns across key platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and ad testing
  • Produce and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze campaign data to improve efficiency and ROI
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop digital assets
  • Work closely with HQ teams to deploy and optimize campaigns
  • Support SEO and SEM research and execution initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
  • Solid hands-on expertise in paid media channels and performance optimization
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • High proficiency with spreadsheet and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Collaborative, proactive team player with a results-driven attitude
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies

Nice to have

  • Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in eCommerce or iGaming environments
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as BigQuery
  • Ability to suggest improvements and take ownership of new initiatives
